Bought a 2018 Mercedes sprinter van from them in June 2023, I waited till now to leave a review because I wanted to see if the van stood the test of time and by god it didn't disappoint, I haven't had a single issue with it not at all, bear in mind I'm a courier, I put a lot of mileage on it, around 25k and the thing still runs like I just bought it last week. I'm more than happy with it. At first I was Abit worried as this was my first van, I heard many horror stories of people buying a van and it breaking down not long after, that was my main concern but like I said not one single issue at all. I would recommend these guys to my mother if she wanted to buy a van that should tell you a lot. So overall I give stellar motor company 10 stars, good honest guys in an industry full of dishonest people, a rare gem!!!

I bought a BMW from Stellar Motor Company. I transferred the deposit but it has not been received by them due to some bank delay; however, they kindly issue my payment receipt. They delivered the car to me and after some days there was some errors on dashboard. They told me to take it t a local garage and we found there is issue with ABS sensor. They took the car and repaired it promptly. They are always available and communication is easy. I definitely buy my wife's car there.

I reserved a van with a 100 pounds deposit as I had the finance in place ,when I told the bank it was for a commercial van they changed there minds and would not lend me it for a commercial vehicle, I explained this to Zac fully expecting to loose my deposit, as they had held van for 5 days for me ,but he has refunded me it ,what a great company, I would have no hesitation in the future of going back to them when I do get the money together, I would like to thank Zac especially

Good priced low mileage vans
Much cheaper than where I live in Scotland. I bought a Vivaro van. Very happy with it. Had a problem with the clutch master cylinder but this was covered under warranty. Just be aware they don't take cards, it's bank transfer only.

I would 100% recommend Stella Motors. I was looking to buy a 2nd hand van to convert into a camper. Spent ages searching across the whole of the UK and came across Stella. Got the train all the way from Somerset to Manchester to pick up the van cos it was by far the best deal. Zak was brilliant. He was very patient with all my questions - seeing as this was my first van purchase. What you get with Zak is someone honest, reliable and full of integrity...rare these days. His favourite quote was 'it's not a problem Kate!'. After I took the van home I noticed that the rear doors didn't lock and also one of the door arms had been over extended. I called Zak and guess what? ''It's not a problem Kate!' - he advised me to get it fixed locally and said he would pay the invoice - which he did quickly and efficiently. So if you are looking for a 2nd hand van with reliable customer service then Stella Motors will not let you down. Thanks Zak, I'll send you some pics of the van conversion soon!

Buying our first van for a camper conversion might have been a nerve wracking experience for two people who knew little about commercial vehicles, but after many hours of online research we found a long wheel base Mercedes Sprinter with a good balance of registration year, mileage, and price at Stellar Motors. The van was definitely cheaper than the dozens of other vans we considered, so we expected some hidden flaws or dodgy history when we visited their site. However, the van was in great condition for its age, and we felt we were getting a real bargain. The van had failed a couple of MOTs over the years, but Zak was very open and honest in explaining what these meant, and the research we did when we returned home proved he was right in what he said. The van was delivered free of charge the same day we transferred the money over, and expertly parked on the drive for us. The only negative was a pile of spare van parts that had been left in the back, which we discovered the next day, with no way of getting rid of these big heavy items. A quick call to Zak and it was sorted out though, with no fuss or bother, with an offer of someone coming out to collect the parts from us, or reimbursement for a skip to dispose of them. In the end we went halves on a bigger skip so we could use it for the spare parts and the initial stages of stripping the van out ready for conversion. So to summarise ... a friendly, helpful dealership with reasonably priced vehicles, honestly described, and with excellent post sales service. They're well worth a visit, and we would certainly go back there in the future.

Some car dealers tarnish the reputation for the trade. Not Stellar Motor Company. What a truly pleasurable experience from initial enquiry, to visiting the site, purchasing the mercedes vito Dualiner to post sale back up. After travelling almost 4hrs from South Wales, Zak was very welcoming. So friendly, nothing was to much trouble for him. A genuine person and as it transpired a man of his word. We bought the Vito and drove it back to Wales the same day. Whilst viewing the vehicle we identified that the rear wiper wasn't working. On quick inspection it proved to be the wiper motor needed replacing. Given the fact it was late afternoon and a 4hr drive back home, we decided to go with Zak's suggestion and have the wiper motor sorted locally when we got home where Zak would cover the cost of repair and send me the cost via bank transfer. We had the repair done and true to his word, within 24hrs the whole cost of the repair was paid straight back into my bank account. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Stellar Motor Company to anyone. Great guys to deal with. I would certainly make them my number one dealer to visit for any future purchases despite the distance involved. Thanks Zak

Having identified on Autotrader the vehicle that I was interested in all communication with Stellar was excellent, it really couldn't have been better. Just called into Stellar Motor Company for a look last Sunday and found a nice example of a volvo v 70 , owner of dealership came out to meet me and answered all my queries without hesitation , he then left me to have a good look quietly on my own ,no mithring no pressure. Straight forward and easy
The gentleman at Stellar Motor Company who dealt with me, was really really nice. He was very easy to talk to and deal with and extremely helpful. It was straight forward and no waiting around when buying, The dealer got things sorted quickly and professionally for me. I bought a Nissan NV200, the reason for buying a new van was for space. This is much bigger than my old van and I'm loving how spacious and roomy it is - its certainly serving its purpose. I was put on to Stellar Motor Company by a friend who had previously seen them on Auto Trader and brought a car from them. He advised me how good they were with him. But with living in London I was thinking it's a bit far to go. He said to me trust me if you phone them up they will pick you up at the station as well, these are great people to deal with. Anyway, I phoned the company up and said my friend had got a car from them about 12 months ago and I had a set amount of budget. They remembered my friend straight away and asked how he was, which I thought was nice. I said I will come up and view some cars. They said don't worry when you get to the station call us and we will pick you up. I got to the station they picked me up as said. They then let test drive 8 different cars as there was so much choice. Not once did they try and force a sale on me, and give me 2 coffees as well. I asked if they could deliver it to me. It was at my house by midday the next day. Thank you Guy's.
